According to Obama, “The Second Amendment gives *citizens* the right to bear arms.”

instead of...

“The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”


May seem small, BUT it is a big deal!

"Citizens" is the key word.

The bill of rights is referring to the *People* "Gods People" not a *citizen* "subject of the state"

A right then becomes privilege in Obama's version..
